Yes...the employees are nice and helpful. They're supposed to be, but what most don't know if that are treated very badly by upper management. They are forced to be pushy, trying to make that sale. Go in when corporate is there, you'll see how slimy and pushy they are ( I have...got really creeped out). Trying to convince you buy something, buy more. And if they (the employees) don't make that sale their jobs are threatened. It's truly sad. And what's even worse is they've fired great people. I went in all the time to be helped by certain employees and then come to find out they were fired, for no reason apparently (least that's what I was told the last time I went in. They had no idea.). I couldn't imagine what such a nice and helpful person could've got fired for. Yet they keep someone who's talked back to a customer after hours and called her a vulgar name. How shocked I was to hear this customer telling her story to a few of the employees. And that person is still there. They obviously don't care. Like I believe everyone will get theirs one day. You can't get away with doing bad things and treating people badly. |

| I love this Petco! The manager, Amber, has helped us solve our dog Sammie's skin problems. He had horrible itchy red spots on his back and Amber suggested this fish & potatoe formula. It's AMAZING. His coat is shiny and he's not uncomfortable all the time! They also have a really cool dog trainer. We are starting this jumper in a class next month! |

Hello, I own Pet Supply Warehouse and would like to respond to a comment left by petlover a. First, let me apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We really do go out of our way to take care of every customer. I have no idea what happened the night in question. We have discussed the incident with our staff and no one remembers the incident. We have educated the staff about the difference between these products. I have contacted this reviewer twice and asked if I could somehow change their mind about our store and to get more information about who they spoke with that evening. I have offered to get the product and give them a discount to make-up for the time wasted. I have not heard back from them as of this posting. We do our best for our customers. We try to hire employees that care as much as our family cares about our customers. I am truly sorry if one of them disappointed you. Our family can't be there all the time. Again, please forgive us and give us chance to make this right. People make mistakes - give us a chance to remedy this one. R.J. |

| Mission Viejo is an upscale neighborhood and people with loads of money shop there. I loved the Bark Works because they stock Rat Terriers, which are the most amazing and beautiful breed ever! The store was clean, the salespeople were friendly and answered questions and they can tell you about the othere BarkWorks stores and their inventory of breeds. I enjoyed visiting and may have to go back to claim one really pretty Rattie for my son! |

All About Fish in Long Beach Kirt I don't know why , but I keep going back to this store for 4 times over a year over a year and every time it looked worse and worse. This store can't last long. The last time it was just gross with dead fish in the tanks. I thought **** was the owner but **** told me that **** doesn't come in much any more. I guess **** found the work too hard or got tired of it. I was told he was spoiled and just came into some money. I would not be surprised if it closed soon. |

| I have to agree with some of the other reviewers...my dog comes out looking like he is show ready. I have a mini-schanuzer, and other schnauzer parents are always envious of his cut because it is always perfect. She is worth every single penny and more. She knows dogs and she knows how to groom a dog properly! 2 thumbs up. So, don't be afraid to try her, what do you have to lose...you just walk away with a great looking dog...beware you maybe stopped for good looking dog!! |

There are many fish stores in San Diego county but none come close to the service and quality that this place offers. Pet Zone specializes in a lot of exotics and even oddballs you can't find elsewhere. Fancy plecos and flowerhorns are my weak spot and they carry plenty of those here! Be sure to visit these guys! |

This little hole in the wall store is by far the best place to go for fish and anything to do with fish and aquariums. If you have reptiles they have the best selection of crickets, meal worms, wax worms, tube worms, etc. The owner has a unique sense of humor and may be offensive to some but by far the most knowlegable fellow Ive met when it comes to his pets. As for the help. Well don't ask the young girl for any help or advice, she's not got much upstairs. and as for the other heavy set dark haired kid. He's just plain rude and doesn't have the time of day. Make sure you go after noon when the owners there. but hands down the best place for fish that are healthy, and reasonable and good advice. |
