| The dog we purchased from them had Parvo, Kennel Cough, and worms. He was on the verge of death and very very malnutritioned. We literally saved the puppy's life and dished out a lot of money to do so. The way they write their contract states that there are no refunds, only exchanges, and there's no way I'm going to exchange one dog that has Parvo for another that does. They claimed over and over again that he didn't have Parvo when it was very clear he did and tested positive for it. I'd believe a doctor that went to school for years for what he does than a lousy business owner. They obviously have a puppy mill going on because they have the same dogs to sell all the time. They stated in a couple of weeks that another litter of Beagle's was due. I feel sorry for the poor animals there and for anyone that buys from them. Just Google 'Feathers and Friends' to read the other horrible reviews! Very sketchy place! |
