I have bought two Cocker Spaniels from this pet shop, one 4 years ago and another one last may. They are awesome! They have a good variety of puppies, healthy animals from reputable breeders not mills, good guarantees, it is a good place to shop, the facilities where very well kept, they staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, all 4 people working that day went out of their ways to help us and answer all of our questions, and they had very good prices. My partner and I were very pleased with the whole experience and we would recommend this store to everyone. Ramon Perez Morganton, NC. |

I was not satisfied at all with my pet's stay, and many others can tell you the same. The staff was very rude and my animal was not given the proper care. I found him to be dehydrated when he returned home. I was never contacted about his lack of water intake had it been my dog neglecting his bowl. Also, you must pay extra for all additional services such as walks and play time, which other kennels will do no matter what. There's no possible way of knowing whether or not they are actually performing such activities anyway, whereas some other kennels that I have boarded at will have staff playing with animals when you drive up to them. Bottom line, find someplace better that actually cares for your pet. |
